Most orders are arranged ready for shipping within 1 business day from the order date. Please note business days do not include weekends and public holidays. Estimated shipped dates are valid for orders placed by 1 PM (GMT+8) Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 1 PM (GMT+8) or on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

In most cases, you may choose your own preference among five delivery options. 

Standard Delivery usually arrives within 6-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

If you want your merchandise sooner, with the exceptional of APO/DPO/FPO addresses, you may choose our Express Delivery which usually arrives within 2-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

For Economy and Standard delivery, you can choose if you want your shipment registered. Tracking is available for registered items shipping to selective destinations only. For other destinations, tracking information is only available up to departure. Please contact us for more details.

These deadlines may vary with the destination countries and may be delayed in countries with customs administration. It may take longer than usual for the delivery to reach you if the order is placed during sale and promotion periods or due to uncontrollable issues. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact us.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete information given or other issues regarding our handling process, we will notice you as soon as possible and request for your comment, which may delay your order processing for an additional 3 business days.

To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.), please make sure accurate information are indicated. You are advised to provide a contact number.


Every item is packed in a plastic bag respectively.

You will receive your parcel with an invoice and/or customs documents. These original copies will not be issued again and you must enclose them by return when you request for an exchange.

Rate And Taxes

All orders are shipped delivery duty unpaid. It may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are collected once the merchandise reaches the destination country, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For your particular charges, please contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

m19m does not have responsibility or obligation to secure the shipment of goods in proper conditions be delivered in time or on time to correct recipient.

Transmisssion of risk and ownership of the products

The product risks shall be your responsibility from the moment of delivery that your parcel is sent out and passed to the delivery service provider. You will take ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amount due in relation to the same, including delivery fees, or at the moment of delivery (as defined in this clause previously), if that were to take place at a later time.
