All merchandises are non-refundable. Exchange requests are allowed for size replacement (in same style and colour) only. SALE and PROMOTION items CANNOT be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, the returned product must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all the original packaging, tags, sanitary liner and accessories (if applicable) remain intact.
If the product you received does not fit you properly, you can exchange it for another size ONCE within:
-10-20 calendar days* from the shipped date for Standard Delivery
-7 calendar days from the date of receipt for Express Delivery
*depends on the order destination. We will inform you your exchange period once the order is sent out.
Please note you have to ship out the return within the designated exchange period. That means you have to finish the steps (filling in the exchange request form, waiting for approval and shipping out the return back) within such period. We suggest you to try the item on upon receipt and request for size exchange if needed as soon as possible to ensure the return shipped date is within the above period.
Exchange requests are allowed once and are allowed for size replacement (in same style and colour) only while stock lasts. We will contact you and ask for your comment via email in case of any out-of-stock circumstances.
Request for an Exchange
To request for exchange, please follow the below within your exchange period:
1. Download the exchange request form and fill it in properly.
2. Email us your filled form at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject title “Exchange Request – (insert your order number here)”.
3. Kindly wait for our reply about the availability of your requested size.
4. Being assigned an ARN (Approved Return Number) upon request approval.
5. Pack the returning item(s) with the original packing list, valid ARN and original customs documents (if applicable).
6. Ship out the parcel with delivery prepaid.
Please be reminded that exchange requests are allowed once and are allowed for size replacement (in same style and colour) only while stock lasts. No exchanges are allowed after the exchange period, or if any of the original documents has been missing, or without valid ARN.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and the return shipping is non-refundable. Please note that m19m does not accept carriage due or cash on delivery parcels. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you non-pre-paid.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition back at our warehouse. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to an exchange.
